I graduated Nutrition back in 2010 with a passion in natural healing. Food is medicine and cannabis is no exception. Its medicinal effects are incomparable and it is listed as one of the oldest herbal remedies according to Ayurvedic medicine, used over 12,000 years ago. I’ve also experienced the healing effects of CBD personally with digestive health.

Although Cannabis has been in my practice for years, my first research project on cannabis was back in high school science class. Medicinally, spiritually and for fun I’ve had the opportunity to learn and educate my friends, family and clients on cannabis; and even do some of my own home grown ;)

I believe working with the plant is just as important as using it especially if I’m working with you! My favourite method of consumption is the volcano, but I always love a nice bong hit or a doobie.

I love learning sacred geometry and stargazing. Not to mention hiking, growing vegetables...just being in nature rocks!
