Well... where to start. I have spent most of my life working with wildlife. From zoos to wildlife parks to working with Conservation officers on raids, I've done it all. Then, after my oldest son was born I decided to become a stay at home dad. 8 years and 2 children later I decided I wanted to pursue my true passion... Cannabis. I have been enraptured by cannabis plant and culture since about 17 years old. I love everything about it; the smell, the taste, the asthetics and the genetic variability. I had been growing for years before this revelation, but I needed to assimilate more knowledge and experience.
I then completed a Cannabis Cultivation Course offered at the kingstec campus of NSCC at the top of my class. After graduation I worked at a micro-cultivation facility called Woodside Cannabis where I learned alot about the Cannabis industry. I was let go due to budgetary issues, but was assured by the owner that I should be running my own facility considering my knowledge and passion for the plant. I then acquired my medicial license to grow up to 40 plants and really leaned into Cultivation. I grow with state of the art equipment now and truly enjoy it.
Now, I cannot understate how many mistakes I have made and how many plants I, sadly, had to abandon. I was not a natural, but through sheer dedication and stubbordness I feel that I am a competent grower now with years of mistakes to learn from. I currently work part-time for a cannabis services company in Nova Scotia doing extraction work from home. I specifically like happy, energetic sativas. My favorite is sour deisel and most Cannabis with limonene terps. I am currently growing sour desiel and blue cookies. Yay!

I love the outdoors, but also enjoy staying inside and playing video games or board games. I love to swim, camp and spend time with my kiddos. Spring is my favorite time of year for 2 reasons: tapping trees and making my own maple syrup. And, getting my soil ready for gardening. I love mixing and making various soils and observing how they nurture my plants.
