Vendors / Suppliers to Ütndr must agree to the following quality service and standards agreement

• Products are represented accurately: Pictures and exhaustive descriptions must match product.

• Vendors / Suppliers bear all costs of recall.

• Vendors / Suppliers must be available for quality audits and record validation.

• Changes to inventory allocations must be communicated in writing in advance to allow for updates to the inventory tracking.
