As a medicinal consumer and grower, my motivation in this industry has been based on education, creating relationships and the accessibility and right to safe/good quality cannabis while reducing the stigma. After creating a cannabis educational group which hosted specific cannabis events, educational talks, and Grow your own workshops, I knew I wanted to continue on a path of securing a career around this plant I love so dearly.

As legalization was taking place, I was lucky to land a job as an Extraction Technician for a large scale LP. As I thoroughly enjoyed my position and learned many valuable skills, I knew I wanted to be closer to the plant. After obtaining a position as a Production Specialist, I was quickly promoted to Production Lead which called for working side by side with the Master Grower and leading a team of grow tech’s in every aspect of cultivation from cloning to harvest, transplants to sanitation, all the way through to packaging. I then moved onto be a Cultivation tech as a company that produced some fire.

My experience with cannabis and my love for finding people their perfect flower is what brought me to this space. Looking forward to chatting with you and finding your perfect match.
